I hope you are doing okay in the midst of this global COVID-19 crisis. God bless you and your loved ones.
Since 2005, God has graciously provided for me, my wife, and five kids, through the sale of my books and DVDs at teaching engagements and in the ABR online store. Not being on staff at a church (as I was from 1997–2005) with a steady paycheck, I've been amazed at how God has faithfully provided for our family and ministry now for 15 years.
Well, as you might imagine, the COVID-19 crisis has led to the cancellation or postponement of nearly all my speaking engagements for the foreseeable future. This has, quite honestly, upended our financial situation. Ninety-five percent of the income we thought would be coming in evaporated.
What will we do for rent? Groceries? I'm brainstorming and praying through a list of ideas, including looking for a new job, selling one of our cars, dropping every unnecessary expense (goodbye cable TV!), etc. I'm not anxious. I'm certain God has a plan for us in the valley. But I am wondering if part of God's plan for us includes some support from friends of this ministry.
If you are on solid financial footing and even have surplus funds—would you prayerfully consider helping the Campbell family during this crisis? I hate to ask for help, I really do. But I know that some of you love this ministry, you love me and my family, and you'd actually like to help us. And that brings tears to my eyes. Thank you!
Pray that we'll make wise decisions, and that God would graciously allow this ministry to continue...if it be according to His will. Thank you!
Many blessings upon you and your family,
