Q. Does ABR ship outside of the USA?
Yes! We can ship anywhere, but if during checkout, you do not see your country listed as a ship to option, contact us and let us know. We will remedy the situation shortly and give you the green light to complete your order.
Q. What shipping method do you use?
A. We ship most boxes within 24 hours via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Small packages ship first class. Larger packages ship via USPS Media Mail (a bit slower, but less expensive). We track every package we ship and we will provide you the tracking information also.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We think going to the post office to return stuff is no fun. So, if you receive the wrong item because of an error we've made or maybe a damaged or defective item, we will be happy to send you a free replacement. In 99% of the cases we will not ask you to send the item back to us. Please contact us to describe your issue. We want you to be blessed and are happy to work out any issues!
