In this sequel to Dad, Does God Exist?, nine-year-old Wyatt’s confidence in the Bible is challenged when his friend Charlotte tells him that the Bible is just a collection of myths. On a backpacking adventure a few days later, Wyatt asks his dad, “Why do we believe the Bible?” His father’s answer, using examples from archaeology and historical sources outside of the Bible (e.g., the writings of Flavius Josephus), will help strengthen your child’s confidence in the Bible. Full-color illustrations and photographs.

    So good

    Posted by E. on 31st Oct 2025

I just have to share the sweetest story!!!!!! Today, my son had some really tough stuff he worked through. He was doubting his faith, the Bible and really was wrestling with what he believed and if it was all true. I talked to him about history and proof we have that the Bible is real, but he was still wrestling it. My mom was up and she prayed, we prayed, etc... tonight, out of no where he picks up one of Charlie’s books about pirates. We read a few chapters and it was so good. And then he picked up “Dad, Why do we believe in the Bible,” and it literally answered EVERY question my son had earlier in the day, and it was so good. He’s prayed the sinners prayer before but read it again after we read the book. These books are such a blessing and encouragement to families. Please extend my gratitude to Charlie! So thankful. Just can’t get over the timing of it all. A few hours ago we were struggling with all of this and out of the hundreds of books we have, this is the book God had us pick up.
