After a harrowing assassination attempt in Israel, Dakota Knox and Afton Hansley fly to London with their families for some breathing space while the police continue their investigation. But why are suspicious men with guns chasing them through London? Are the gunmen part of the same crime ring that stole the archaeological artifacts from the museum in Jerusalem? Can the teens' blossoming love for each other survive the tumultuous events that are closing in around them? Buckle up for a wild ride and find out.

This is BOOK 2. If you'd like the other parts in the series, they are available here: BOOK ONE and BOOK THREE.

NOTE TO PARENTS FROM CHARLIE CAMPBELL: I'm writing this Dakota Knox series to strengthen and encourage teens in their Christian faith and to remind them of some of the reasons we trust the Bible. Some parents have been telling me that they're giving the books to their eight, nine, and ten-year-olds. I personally wouldn't. I recommend the books for ages thirteen and up. Why? There's no foul language in the books, but there is some violence, fighting, shootings, death, some talk about steering free of sexual sin (remaining a virgin until marriage), some romance and kissing, etc. So if you are not ready for your preteens to talk to you about these matters, I'd hold off on the books for another couple of years. Having said that, the feedback I'm getting from teens who've read the books has been overwhelmingly positive! To that, I say, "To God be the glory!"

Paperback, 224 pages.

    Not just for teens!

    Posted by T. L. on 5th Dec 2023

I bought the first two books for my teenage daughter, but really enjoyed them myself. They are geared for teens because the main characters are teens, but the suspense and stories are so good, and the characters so likable...I just love them! Can’t wait to read book three.

This book gives spot on details, crazy events, and it shows the love that Dakota and Afton have for each other, and God, perfectly. It also shows how a new character gets discipled by Dakota and come to Christ which was awesome!

Biblical evidence in a gripping thriller

    Posted by N.K. on 13th Apr 2023

Charlie did it again! It's so simple and so pure, and yet it's still so gripping. Through the adventures and romance of Dakota and Afton, Charlie illustrates how a Biblical Worldview impacts the way a Christian teen views dating, hard decisions, family, and conflict. Murderous villainy and Jason Bourne style chase scenes are juxtaposed with archeological evidence for the Scriptures and theological reasoning; the warm and fuzzy teen romance buds alongside prayerfulness, faithfulness, and mutual respect between parents and their kids. In a fun and adventurous way, Charlie puts flesh to the ideas of following Christ and letting Him form every area of a person's life. Can't wait for the third installment!

    Where's the next book?

Posted by Nate Kowallis on 14th Feb 2023

After reading books one and two, I'm eagerly waiting for book three. I didn't think there would be another one because of how the story wrapped up all the loose ends, but apparently there's more?! C'mon, Charlie! These books make me feel like a kid again, with all my romantic and adventurous hopes as a young Christian. You capture well the imagination of a young believer, and describe the way a Bible-thinking young person perceives the world. I'm eager to see where you go with this.

I finished London, Love and Terror yesterday morning and I thought it was amazing! I was kept on the edge of my seat the whole time and was amazed at how well it was written! I thought it was awesome that the characters were praying every chapter, that truly shows the work of a great author!
