When it comes to lying, stealing, and adultery, or loving our neighbor, sharing the Gospel, helping widows and orphans, we know the will of God in those areas. The Bible is very clear. But what about other activities that aren’t specifically mentioned in the Bible? There are a lot of activities the Bible does not specifically forbid or permit. For example, violent video games like Mortal Kombat. Can Christians play those? if somebody invites you over to their house to play poker, should you go? Should Christians gamble at all? Play the Lotto? Dance at nightclubs? Get tattoos? Listen to secular music? Watch R-rated movies? Practice yoga? These things are not specifically addressed in the Bible. So, what’s a Christian to do? Well, as Charlie points out in this teaching, God has given us guidelines in the Bible to help us make wise decisions in all those "gray" areas.

DVD Length: 35 minutes.

    Very good

I have almost all of your DVDs. This new one is very good in helping the ”what if” person. I was raised in a legalistic church and everything was bad. This was particularly helpful to me. Thanks.

This DVD by Charlie Campbell was so good, I had the entire church watch it in all of our home fellowships, our high school group, our jr. high group, and our men's fellowship. Everybody agreed, it is awesome. Super helpful. I'm buying more to loan out to people.

    Excellent Teaching!

We try to get away with what we can or get confused as to what to do with the things that are not specifically mentioned in the Bible. Charlie presents clearly how to make wise decisions...and he backs it up with Scripture. We as a church have many excuses so we can do the things "we" want to do and not what is best or what would bring most glory to God. We need to be separate from this world. We need to look different and not blend in. We need to ask ourselves, "Can our neighbors see the difference between our lives and the non-Christian?"

    A Long Overdue Teaching!!!!

Posted by Donna Lovato on 26th Jul 2012

I was thrilled when I watched this DVD. Charlie, Thank you! This teaching covers so many areas that have been ignored by the Christian Church. Extremely thought provoking, it challenges us to live in holiness by applying Scripture that we normally don't even see as pertaining to our everyday lives. Well done. This is one that all believers must see (new converts to those who think themselves mature). Wherever you are in your walk, this teaching will convict you in some area if you are honest with yourself.
